Ploshcha Lva Tolstogo

Ploshcha Lva Tolstogo is one of key central places, provies exit to Khreshchatyk street and Saksaganskogo street (which is one of the key central as well as on of the longest streets).

On this stage-like podium constructed by some old architect at the exit of the metro and infront of McDonald's doors, streets musicians give concerts almost every day and on holidays nearly every hour. People go in to buy food, come out, listen, drop some change, sit on the stairs while waiting for their appointments. This is also a very popular place to schedule appointments.

A traffic light has blocked the cars from moving across the square for a few moments. It is rather an unusual to see this square clear as it is always fested with cars.
